One plant.
Eight years.

In February 2017, I landed in the hospital with excruciating stomach and back pain. It was pancreatitis, and my pancreas was twice its normal size. While I was there, the doctors also told me I had Type 2 diabetes. Of everything I went through, that news hit me the hardest.
I'd known people living on insulin, and I'd lost a friend to diabetes. I owned a restaurant and a fast-food spot, so food was my life, and hearing this felt like losing it. I'm a man of faith, and I remember praying: God, if you heal me from this, I'll do my part.
After three days in the hospital, a nurse handed me my discharge papers with a piece of advice: cut some okra, put it in a cup of water overnight, and drink it the next day. I didn't even know what okra was. I searched a few grocery stores until I finally found it fresh.
I drank okra water for about a year, worked with my doctor to cut back on medication, and did my part with exercise and the foods I love in moderation. At my next checkup my A1C was 5.5 and my cholesterol was right where it needed to be. I praised God.
Now I want to share what worked for me, so others can live a normal life without fear of the food they love. That's the story behind every bottle.

Ingredients you can name.
Blended okra is the spine of every flavor. From there we add a small, intentional second ingredient — lemon for the bright one, ginger for the warming one, beets for the runners, ginseng + lemon for the wake-up.
- Real okra pods, freshly blended
- Fresh lemon, fresh ginger, fresh beets
- Nothing you can't recognize from a produce aisle
What we'll always do.
And won't.
One plant, five bottles
Every bottle starts with blended okra. The variations are small, intentional, and real — lemon, ginger, beetroot, ginseng. Nothing baroque.
No fillers, no preservatives
No xanthan gum, no benzoate, no “natural flavor.” Every ingredient on the label is something you'd recognize.
