Welcome to Okra Boost. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Okra Boost ("Okra Boost," "we," "us," or "our"), including the website at okraboost.com and any orders you place with us. We've been blending fresh okra wellness drinks out of Long Beach, California since 2017.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By visiting okraboost.com, browsing our products, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or order from us. If you're ordering on behalf of someone else or a household, you confirm you're authorized to do so.

2. Ordering & pricing

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at checkout when you place it.
  • Delivery orders have a 5-bottle minimum; delivery carts below the minimum can't be checked out. Saturday market pickup has no minimum.
  • Delivery fees are zone-based and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We don't store your full card details on our servers.
  • We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a delivery address falls outside our service area, if a product is unavailable, or if we suspect an error or fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you.

3. Delivery

  • We currently offer local delivery only, roughly within a 15-mile radius of Long Beach, California. We do not ship nationally.
  • Deliveries run weekly, typically on Mondays. Delivery windows and times are estimates, not guarantees, and may shift due to weather, volume, or circumstances outside our control.
  • You're responsible for providing an accurate, complete delivery address and for being able to receive a refrigerated, perishable product (or arranging a safe, cool spot to leave it). We're not responsible for product left at an address you provided that spoils because it wasn't promptly refrigerated.

4. Perishable goods & refrigeration

Okra Boost is fresh, blended, and perishable. Please refrigerate it as soon as it arrives. It's best enjoyed within about 10 days. Because it's a perishable food product, returns and refunds work differently than for shelf-stable goods — see our Refunds & Delivery policy for the details.

5. Health disclaimer — please read

Okra Boost is a food and beverage product. It is not a medical product, drug, supplement claim, or treatment of any kind.

  • Any statements we make about wellness, blood sugar, A1C, digestion, cholesterol, or general well-being are not medical advice and have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
  • Okra Boost is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
  • Individual results vary. Stories and testimonials describe personal experiences and are not a promise of any outcome for you.
  • Please consult a physician or qualified healthcare provider before changing your diet or routine — especially if you are diabetic, pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or managing any medical condition.

6. Intellectual property

The Okra Boost name, logo, brand, photography, text, and all other content on okraboost.com are owned by Okra Boost (or used with permission) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the site will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Okra Boost will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date below. Continuing to use the site or place orders after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
